Q: What are the sizes for embroidered logos?
A: Depending on the detail of your logo, left chest can be sized up to 4” X 4” and a full back can go up to 14” X 14”.

Q: What are the best colors to use for my logo?
A: We suggest that you use contrasting colors for your shirts, hats, etc.

Q: Can you match my logo colors exactly?
A: If you have a PMS (Pantone Matching System) color, we can match it exactly for a fee.

Q: What is the cost of embroidery?
A: Our charges are per stitch. If you know your stitch count, give us a call and we will give you a price. If you don’t know your stitch count, email it to us and we will get it for you.

Q: How long does it take to get my order completed?
A: Depending on the item or quantity it may take 3-4 weeks after approval of artwork. Expedited service available. Contact us for details.

Q: If I email you my artwork, what format should I use?
A: We can accept the following types of formatted artwork: jpeg, CorelDraw10 and Adobe Illustrator.

Q: How many do I have to order?
A: For clothing, we can handle any order regardless of quantity. There are, however, specific minimums on certain advertising specialties. Contact us for details.
